2Account Registration & Verification

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Nogd9 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests typically take 1 to 3 business days to process.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until account verification is complete.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Claiming a bonus requires meeting wagering requirements. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 20x to 30x.

5Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the cash-out option is available.

• If a match is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is prohibited.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nogd9. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Depositing funds linked to money laundering or illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using another person's account or stealing account information.

7Account Cancellation & Closure

Nogd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Users may also request account closure themselves.

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a rule violation.
• To close your account yourself, please contact Support.
• Any remaining valid balance will be refunded upon account closure, provided no rules have been violated.
• Identity verification may be required to reactivate a closed account.
